Which platform is right for my business?
It depends on how you sell. Content and service businesses usually fit WordPress best. Product catalogs and checkout-heavy stores fit Shopify. If you need workflows or logic no platform ships out of the box — bookings, dashboards, internal tools — that’s a custom PHP portal. We’ll recommend one after a short discovery call, not before.
Do I own the website after it's built?
Yes. You get full admin access, source code, and documentation at handover. Nothing is licensed back to us or locked behind our accounts.
How long does a build take?
WordPress builds typically run 3–4 weeks, Shopify builds 3–5 weeks, and custom PHP portals 6–10 weeks depending on scope. You’ll get a firm timeline as part of your fixed-scope proposal.
What do you need from me to get started?
A rough idea of your pages or products, any brand assets you already have (logo, colors, copy), and one point of contact for approvals. We’ll fill in the rest during discovery.
Do you offer support after launch?
Every build includes a 15-day post-launch bug-fix window at no extra cost. For ongoing updates, monitoring, and support beyond that, we recommend moving to a Website Care Plan.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes — content and data migration from an existing WordPress or Shopify site is scoped as part of discovery and quoted alongside your build.
