Terms and Conditions
✔ Code on Rent or the Client may end the service agreement at any time by providing 15 days’ prior written notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
✔ If the Client requests a longer termination notice from Code on Rent, we are happy to accommodate such a request, provided the Client agrees to provide the same notice period when terminating the agreement.
✔ If Code on Rent fails to deliver the agreed services or the quality of work falls materially below the agreed standards due to our responsibility, we will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.
✔ Where work has already been completed or services have been provided before termination, the Client will be billed only for the portion of work successfully delivered. Any eligible remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
✔ If you are not satisfied with the developer or support specialist assigned to your project, Code on Rent may, at its sole discretion, replace the assigned resource. Any unused service value may also be applied as credit toward the replacement resource or future services.
✔ To ensure a fair resolution, Clients should notify Code on Rent of any concerns regarding service quality as soon as they arise. If no issues are reported within a reasonable period after work has been delivered, the services will be considered accepted, and requests for refunds, credits, or resource replacements may be limited. In such cases, the applicable notice period and the terms of the service agreement will govern the termination process.
