Email Hosting Services
Professional email is important — but it's best handled by dedicated providers like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which offer better deliverability, storage, and long-term scalability than a website add-on could.

Do you support both WordPress and Shopify under the same Care Plan?
We offer separate Care Plans tailored to each platform, since WordPress and Shopify have very different technical needs. If you run both a WordPress site and a Shopify store, you can subscribe to a Care Plan for each.
What happens if I don't maintain my website or store?
Without regular maintenance, WordPress sites become vulnerable to hacks through outdated plugins and themes, while Shopify stores can suffer from app conflicts, broken checkouts, and slow performance. Either way, neglect leads to security risks, lost sales, and a poor experience for your visitors or customers.
How many websites/stores does one plan cover?
Each Care Plan covers one website or one Shopify store. If you need coverage for multiple sites or stores, reach out and we’ll put together a plan that fits.
What happens if I go over my Included Tasks for the month?
We’ll always review your request first. If it’s within your plan’s Included Task limit, we take care of it. If it goes beyond that, we’ll let you know before doing any billable work — you can approve additional hours or a Retainer.
How fast will you respond if something breaks?
Urgent issues (site down, checkout broken, pages not loading) are prioritized and addressed as soon as possible for all clients. Advanced Care clients get the fastest response times. For non-urgent requests, expect an initial response within a few hours, with most work completed within 2 business days.
